Stars in the eyes

The request

Every 2 years, PMO/BigMat entrusts us with the organization of a festive evening to thank its best professional customers. This event is preceded by a buying fair between suppliers and group members.
The solution

Based on a different theme each time, these lively evenings are designed not only to be festive, but also to involve both customers and their companions. Entertainment is the watchword, so that hundreds of guests leave with stars in their eyes and unforgettable memories.

Located in the heart of Wallonia, the Wex de Marche-en-Famenne is the ideal location for such an event, which takes place in winter and can accommodate up to 1,250 people.

BigMat Day begins with a long process of reflection: plans, decoration, entertainment, choice of service providers and the people who work alongside us to make the event a real success.
A step back in time to the days of Prohibition, a trip to the 4 corners of France, a wild night out in Las Vegas, or a cruise in the Caribbean... these are just some of the themes that have been covered so far.
The choice of backdrops allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the theme.

Participatory evening

To make the evening unforgettable, guests have the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of activities and enjoy a fun-filled, convivial evening.
Show, music, dance... a great show for a great atmosphere!

In perfect harmony with the caterer

Whether a meal is served at the table or an open buffet, depending on the theme and ambience of the event, meal formulas can be very different. And why not even a food truck hidden in the decor?
The signage in place helps guide guests through the different areas.
