Do-Up is a concept and a spirit, a technology and a design in its own right.
Both ingenious and playful, these do-it-yourself staircases designed by MetalStep deserved a fun, colorful graphic identity to set them apart from other brands, but above all a young, offbeat communication approach.
The result: simple, designer lettering, two stylized mascots and a structured, colorful graphic line!

Brand creation
Simple, colorful and playful - that's the spirit of the logo we came up with for this new designer staircase brand.
The graphic design is inspired by the very concept of these do-it-yourself kit staircases: the letters evoke both steps and modules that can be assembled.
The logo is also available in transparency to reproduce the texture of glass steps.

Bringing the product to life
The visual concept revolves around small, sympathetic characters stylized to the extreme.
These two ambassadors explain how it works: they demonstrate the mechanism and the advantages of the concept and the product.
There's no need for blah, blah, blah: they simply express themselves through phylacteries, thanks to a few symbolic drawings, and their story evolves in illustrated boxes, just like in a comic strip.

For the online launch of Do-Up, an order site has been developed, which also allows you to simulate a realistic, personalized three-dimensional presentation of the future staircase.
