In such cases, if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may not be able to access certain parts of the site, and we may not be able to respond to your request. In accordance with applicable local regulations, your Personal Data will enable us to provide you with products or services, to bill you for the products and services you have requested, to offer you products and services that may be of interest to you or to communicate with you for other purposes that are obvious from the circumstances and about which we inform you when we collect your Personal Data.
3. NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data will never be sold, shared or communicated to third parties, except as provided for in this Policy. These transfers take place within the framework of agreements by which these companies have undertaken to respect the level of protection of personal data offered by European legislation or in accordance with other mechanisms recognized by the legislation in force. Your Personal Data may also be communicated to third parties acting for us or on our behalf for specific processing in accordance with the purposes for which it was originally collected, or may be legally processed, in accordance with applicable local regulations, in connection with activities such as the provision of services, evaluation of the usefulness of this site, product marketing and sales, data management or technical support. These third parties are contractually bound to use your Personal Data only for the purposes agreed, and not to sell or disclose it to other third parties unless required by law, unless we explicitly authorize them to do so, or unless otherwise provided for in this Policy.
Personal Data may be disclosed to a third party if we are required to do so by law or regulation, court order or government regulation, or if such disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or criminal proceeding, whether at home or abroad.
4. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND OPPOSITION
Whenever we process Personal Data, we take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of your data in accordance with the purposes for which we collect it. You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for legitimate reasons, i.e. if such processing is not reasonably necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interest as described in this Policy, or for compliance with the law. In the event of canvassing, including by electronic means, we will provide you with the means enabling you to object to receiving information or to consent to it, in accordance with the law.
